This Shipping Policy explains processing time, estimated delivery, shipping fees, tracking, and delivery responsibilities.

We currently ship orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping, freight forwarding support, or delivery to locations where our carriers cannot complete service.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, address verification, payment review, weather disruptions, or inventory availability checks.
Standard delivery is typically 8–13 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, remote addresses, incorrect addresses, and operational disruptions may affect delivery timing.
Standard shipping is $5.99 for orders below $49.99. Orders over $49.99 qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Orders may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available carrier depending on the product, destination, warehouse, and package size.
When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives package information.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses. If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply.
If tracking shows unusual delay, contact us and we will help review the shipment. If tracking shows delivered, customers should check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building office, mailroom, and carrier before contacting support.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages and arrive on different dates.
