We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is typically 8–13 business days after processing. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and address issues may affect timing.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $5.99 for orders below $49.99. Orders over $49.99 qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

If tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once processing or shipment has started, cancellation may not be possible and the return process may apply.

What is your return window?

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
