Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains return eligibility, damaged item handling, refund timing, and cancellation terms.

30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days after the customer receives the order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, and returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, parts, and proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email support@greenhomeproducts.store with your order number, item name, reason for return, photos if the item is damaged or defective, and the email used at checkout. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, incorrect item, or confirmed defect, we may provide a prepaid return label or another resolution. For buyer’s remorse, wrong size, changed mind, refused delivery, or incorrect address provided by the customer, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Inspection and Refunds

Returned items are inspected after arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary, and it may take several business days for a refund to appear after we issue it.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the product page. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue. We may offer replacement parts, replacement item, refund, or return instructions depending on the case.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment, shipment, or carrier handoff, cancellation may not be possible and the return process may apply.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
